Working Hard -Hardly working

I'm really proud of the team and their willingness to become receptive to the feedback. I think all of us handle criticism very differently and personally I know how easily upset I can become with feedback as it can seem like a personal attack however just like my other teammates I think we are doing a great job at communicating the tasks that need to be complete.

I think Stefan can be difficult to work with the most as the information that is being conveyed to him seem to not register. I can remind him and tell him to check the schedule but by the end of it all, I just hope to not explode on him when I am trying to explain to him the things that need to be done. I think the rest of my team seem to be doing pretty well on getting back to our feet. I'm glad I was able to work on the storyboard and direct the team to a certain place in the production so I guess in due time.

If issues arise next week because of lack of effort or lack of completing tasks we may have a problem on our hands. I just hope for the best. Glad I can at least trust a couple of my teammates. I want to be better at trusting the people I work with. It just takes practice.
