A lot has been developed for the story in comparison to what was there in the beginning. The team thought it was best to minimize the workload but actually focusing on the characters who really mattered. When delegating with the team, we found that because this story circled around Basil, it was best to just have her in it- excluding the other characters like Dorian and Freddy. RIP 😭

It definitely will save us time in the long run, so I found no point to argue. I mean this is a short, and we only have a certain amount of time, I guess it's better to focus on quality than quantity in this case.

I'm trying to learn to balance between relinquishing some control of the story, but also standing for things that I feel are vital. Did a lot of reworking on the schedule and organization of files, also did a lot of concept designs for Basil. I'm learning more of what I like doing in team productions, certainly project managing, but also concept designing. Seems like smooth sailing so far. Hope we can maintain that. 😅😎
