Storyboarding🥳

I was able to go over the story with my team. Finally 😅

It was a productive day, I would say.

I have a pretty good understanding of what my team members are like and how I coordinate with them.

I think Oliver and Stefan prefer direction-they like being told in what ways they can contribute and don't put in much time to complete the task. I get the impression it's a thing they put off till the last minute as the results always seem to be incomplete, besides from their work ethics I do enjoy their friendly spirit.

Olivia and Channing are pretty forward and honest with their answers, which I find their assertiveness to be admiring, but sometimes they can go a little too far with their jokes. That being said, I do like that I can be direct with them, and it's nice to have their help with the structure for the overall production. Minh..where do I BEGIN WITH HIM??!Love Minh! He's sweet and patient with us and is such a team player. I respect that guy so much.

I still find myself gifted with the position of production managing, as everyone seems to trust what I have to say. Which I'm glad. I want my team to know that they can trust me.

I think story boarding with Channing is going to be delightful as we both went over the entire story and the steps of how the plot moves along. I'm excited about our next meeting to see what we get done. 😛
